What we collect

To fulfil an order we need your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. That's it — there's no account, so there's no password or profile stored anywhere.

Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.

Stored in your browser

Your cart, wishlist, applied promo code and recent order records are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. Clearing your browser data removes them, and they aren't visible to us or to anyone else using a different device.

Why we use it

Order data is used to process, deliver and support your purchase, and to meet accounting and tax obligations. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email only to send it, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Sharing

We share delivery details with the courier handling your parcel, and payment details with the payment processor. We don't sell or rent personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as tax law requires, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not legally required to keep it. Email store.shuchonaboutique@gmail.com with your order number and we'll action it within 30 days.
