1. Using this store

Shuchona Boutique is a guest-checkout store. You don't create an account, so you're responsible for keeping your order number and confirmation email safe — they're what identify your order for tracking, changes and returns.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country to place an order.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we'll cancel that line and refund it in full.

We may cancel orders where pricing is obviously wrong, where fraud is suspected, or where delivery to your address isn't possible.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable sales discounts. Delivery costs are added at checkout and shown before you pay. Duties and import taxes on international orders are payable by you.

Promo codes can't be combined — one code applies per order, and codes may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are working-day estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

5. Returns

Please inspect your product upon delivery. Returns must be handed back to the delivery man immediately. Products cannot be returned after the delivery man has departed.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
